We do not add on any handling fees to your order. We simply charge the same rate we are charged by the Parcel Carriers. We have also made agreements with some of our suppliers with nationwide coverage to ship orders directly to our customers. This often times eliminates the need for costly air charges, saving you money! All orders are completely insured and can be sent to any shippable address in the U.S. that is convenient for you.
Shipping prices are posted when the order process is completed.
30 Day Return Policy:
Consulting Technologies has taken much time and great care in choosing the most reliable, user-friendly equipment available. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the equipment purchased you may return it to us for a refund, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your purchased items. You will be charged 25% restocking fee, the balance will be mailed to you via check.
If a blemished or damaged item is returned within the 30 day period we will charge a damaged goods fee from 30% up to the full purchase amount of the equipment, depending on its condition. Do not use the original carton as the return shipping box - please double-box all returns. Return items ONLY to the address listed below.
